SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Plus Size Divas Apparel. We have made a great effort to ensure our customer orders are shipped in a timely manner and delivered to your door as quickly as possible.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
  • Order delivery time is 12-20 business days.
  • ALL U.S. orders are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been authorized.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • We CANNOT change, modify, update, or cancel an order once your order has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you will have the option of returning the shipment back to us for a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy below. Please contact us for any changes to your original order within 24 hours of placing your order to see what we can do.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At PS Divas Apparel, we want all our Divas to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.

Need to return an item? We accept returns on all regularly priced items and some sale items, except for FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on Final Sale Items.

  • Email us at info@psdivasapparel.com and indicate you would like to Return or Exchange an item and we will contact you with an authorization code for the returned item(s).
  • Return your item(s) within 15 days from the delivery date for a product refund or exchange.
  • Merchandise and footwear must be in its original packaging, tag affixed (if applicable), and in new condition. Item must not have been worn or damaged.
  • All items MUST be in new and unused condition.
  • Include a copy of your order/invoice receipt with your return.
  • As we offer free shipping, the cost to return items to PS Divas Apparel will be the responsibility of you, the Customer. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance as PS Divas Apparel will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable, no exchanges, and cannot be returned.
  • Your return or exchange will be processed within 1 – 2 weeks of PS Divas Apparel receiving your returned items.
  • You will be notified via email that your return or exchange has been processed. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be notified when your new item has shipped.
  • If you are to receive a refund – refunds will only be credited back to the original card. You will receive a refund for the purchase price you paid for the item(s). We cannot refund taxes or shipping fees.
  • If you are to receive a store credit, you will be notified via email what the amount of the store credit will be and how you can redeem your credit.

 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON:

  • Jewelry for pierced ears.
  • Products that do not meet the hygiene quality standards.
  • Intimates, such as underwear or briefs.
  • Final Sale items or clearance items.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the 15 days have lapsed, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. The address on your order package is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Contact PS Divas Apparel for an authorization code to complete your return.
